Yesterday, SBS6's infotainment program "Shownieuws" featured Patty Brard as a showbiz expert and drew 406.000 viewers (market share: 16.7%).
During the broadcast, Patty's Shownieuws colleague, music expert Ronald Molendijk, reacted to Marcel van Roosmalen who criticized him in a recent column in NRC newspaper for his support to controversial celebrities (Glennis Grace, Jeroen Rietbergen and Johnny de Mol).
Here's what Patty said about Ronald's defense of Glennis Grace who was legally in trouble after the public prosecution service demanded on October 26th two hundred hours of community service and a month's suspended prison sentence for public violence and premeditated assault: "I think that's the same as what you said recently about Glennis Grace. If she releases a good album, she may succeed her comeback. The press says you lick her ass because you are her friend".
